Dr. Jerry Harbour has over 30 years of diverse national and international experience,
including some 20 years at various DOE sites. A frequent speaker and author,
Jerry has written, The Basics of Performance Measurement, Cycle Time Reduction,
and The Process Reengineering Workbook. His latest book, The Performance
Paradox, is scheduled for publication in the late summer of 2008. Jerry is
constantly seeking to better understand how performance does and does not
improve, and the practical implications gained from such insights, especially as
they apply to improving human performance.
